Participants: Caregivers of Osteoarthritis (OA) patients (N = 53)
Methods: Gave participants task of talking about 2 different scenarios. Measured heart rate, blood pressure, and emotion words said during tasks.
Brief findings: They found that caregivers who said more positive words during task had lower physiological reactivity and caregivers who said less cognitive processing words had higher physio reactivity.
