Click on one of the links below to watch either the film, Rebel Without A Cause or Eighth Grade. Once you are done viewing, thoroughly answer the questions below, using correct grammar and sentence structure. The assignment is worth 12% of the final grade. The questions are worth 2.4 points each. Answers that do not meet the minimum word count, are not answered thoroughly and not written in a professional manner will earn a score less than the maximum for each question. Answer your questions on a word document and upload it into Canvas. Write out the question and then write your answer underneath. There are no right or wrong answer’s per say, you just want to state your opinion and your reasoning behind it.
You are welcome to watch both of the critically acclaimed films but only turn in answers for one of them. Eighth Grade is Rated R and contains some adult situations and language.
If the assignment is not turned in by the due date, it can be turned in late with a 3 point penalty reduction. Every 7 days after the due date, an additional point will be reduced from the score.

3. During the scene when Riley is in the back of the car with Kayla, pressuring her in a sexual way, do you think he was being “out of line” or is this typical teenager behavior? Do you think Kayla could have handled the situation better? Why or why not? (Minimum 75 words)
4. Kayla makes a video for herself to watch at the end of high school. What do you think she will be like in 4 years and what did she learn from her middle school experiences? (Minimum 75 words)
