– This is part of my essay, not the full thing so there is no need for an introduction or a conclusion I just need these 2 questions answered; Nursing Philosophy
a. Leadership philosophy/Mission statement: Reflect upon and describe your personal values, principles, and goals that influence your behaviour and decision-making as a leader. From this written reflection, formulate a nursing leadership mission statement that represents your core values and exemplifies your vision of a nurse leader.
b. Theoretical application: Identify and summarize the main components of one theoretical leadership model and or leadership style. Provide an analysis of how this model aligns with your mission statement and core values as a future nurse leader. Provide concrete examples. Types of theories may include, but are not limited to, relational leadership, servant leadership, Watson’s theory of caring, transformational leadership, complexity theory etc. Include references.
