For this week’s discussion post (should you choose to complete it), we’re going to focus on COVID-19 (sigh). COVID-19 is, of course, an infectious disease. So why talk about it here, this week? Well, turns out that COVID-19 has both important environmental and occupational ties. Please read the following short articles:

In your discussion post, please explain why COVID-19 is BOTH an environmental public health issue AND an occupational public health issue. Please describe some specific policy solutions you might enact in order to manage these issues specifically (hint: think about what kind of spaces people work in, and in what kind of spaces COVID-19 is easily transmitted).
