As you prepare to form your collaborative partnership with the community health department, you need to identify and communicate to your colleagues CEO at the community health department the rules and regulations placed on your nonprofit hospital, as compared to those rules and regulations for the community health department.
For this assignment, you will create a Word document and using Tables as shown below and list the regulatory agencies, governing bodies, and accreditation organizations that place rules and regulations on your nonprofit hospital and those that regulate the public community health organization. Under the type of regulation, insert the type of regulation the agency focuses at your hospital and what is the impact to your organization. Once you have listed the regulations for the nonprofit hospital, begin listing those for the community health department.
Following the completion of your table, summarize—in paragraph form—your findings comparing the similarities and differences in regulations for both organizations. Your completed table will start on the page following the title page and your summary will follow the page with the table.
