For the final paper, you will create a report that you will share with the Board of Directors of your health care organization or another health care setting with which you are most familiar.
THE PAPER SHOULD CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING.
1. An analysis of the current strategic plan long term and short term goals for the organization.
2. A SWOT analysis identifying the organizational competencies and strategic advantages.
3. A new mission statement.
4. A new vision statement.
5. A summary of strategic thinking and key stakeholders as identified in the strategic plan for the organization.
6. Strategies evident in the plan (corporate level, divisional level, organizational level, and or unit level.
7. A brief competitive analysis
8. A summary of appropriate directional strategies
9. A summary of appropriate strategic alternatives
10. A summary of appropriate value added services
11. Recommendations for changes to ensure the future success of the organization.
