colleague in your workplace seems very depressed. You are not a close friend of
this person, but you are cordial and respectful toward each other. This person
seems to be isolating him/herself at work and other colleagues have commented
on this person’s mental health and are very concerned. Because you have taken
this course and are empathic and want to help, describe how you will go about
referring this person to an appropriate mental health professional. Please make
sure you do not just regurgitate the notes from Week 14 but rather develop a
plan or strategy based on what you have learned.
