the discussion posts files (five of them with the assignments prompts which are
the discussions questions in BLUE font)
along with the answers of each one I have chosen easy discussions topics such
as Immigrant Health
Interventions Discussion, Alzheimer’s
Disease & Interventions in Nursing Homes… etc
. Please follow the instructions below to write about each
discussions post and to finish each component below (1,2,3, and 4). Please Do NOT use any other
sources from the internet ONLY use the files that I have included. Please PROOFREAD
for clarity. Please follow the rubric carefully (found in attached file named Participation Portfolio)
and address all of the requirements. Please follow the
instructions as well carefully. This is a very important assignment, and my
professor will grade harshly. I really want a good quality written assignment.
I have attached an example file named
(Feedback) that has the feedback on a similar assignment that I did a few weeks
ago. So please take a look at that, look at the professor’s comments and
feedback, make sure to make it better than the example one as it has feedback
for you to improve and not make similar mistakes. Please do not copy just use it as an
example.

you can use any participation activities from Weeks 11-15
of the course.

100 points each. Scores will be averaged for your final grade (20% of final

4. A brief explanation (1 paragraph) on how
you could improve your participation in the remainder of the semester / other
courses. Formatting
• Submit your portfolio in Microsoft Word or
PDF file format (.pdf, .doc, or .docx only).
• 11 or 12 point font with one-inch margins
