Attached in this discussion is the “Big Five” personality inventory. Using this instrument take the self assessment and use the scoring rubric on page 3 to identify what factor( according to this model) is the most salient.

My answer: It was intresting – the results where not what i expected
2) Did you feel the assessment results were accurate?
my response: In some ways yes , however some of the answers I didnt expect to be categorized in that manner

HOW TO CALCULATE:
“R”= a reverse coded item. This will show up as “1R, 2R …”. Whenever there is an R next to a scale item you score it as the inverse.
1=5
2=4
3= 3( does not change)
For example:
#1. It is always sunny in Philadelphia.
1- Disagree strongly
2-Disagree a little
3 Neither agree or disagree
4- Agree a little
5- Strongly agree
In the code book this shows up as “1R.” My response is “1” but since it is reverses scored that “1” turns into a “5” which means It is always sunny in Philadelphia.
