Review the video “Andy” below. For the purpose of this assignment, you are to assume that you have sat in and observed this interview.
Record a 5-minute audiovisual presentation suitable for use as a handover to your colleagues using the ISBAR structure.
For the recommendations (R) choose 2 recovery-focused interventions. Provide evidence supporting the intervention, and explain how you would use it with Andy. – A recovery-oriented approach
National policy in Australia supports a recovery-oriented approach (National Mental Health Strategy, 2017). A number of definitions can be found in the literature. Recovery-oriented practice is guided by six principles:
individual uniqueness
real choices
attitudes and rights
dignity and respect
partnership and communication
evaluating recovery (Hungerford et al., 2015, p. 26).

Use dot points, and avoid blocks of text on slides.
* A length that is more or less than 10% (i.e. 30 seconds) of the maximum will lead to a reduction of 10% of the total mark available for the assessment.
