Research question/hypothesis: In general, it is assumed that the risk of dependence on Captagon among young people and adolescents who were raised by neglectful parenting style and authoritarian parenting style increases, in the other hand young people and adolescents who were raised by Authoritative parenting style and Permissive parenting style, the percentage of dependence on Captagon decreases. In addition, the study will explore the relation between Captagon addiction and parental style .Hence, the main hypotheses are as follow
The risk of depending on Captagon increases in neglectful parenting style
The risk of depending on Captagon increases in authoritarian parenting style
– The risk of depending on Captagon decreases in Authoritative parenting style
– The risk of depending on Captagon decreases in Permissive parenting style
Potential Significance/Justification: The main purpose of this study is to identify the relation between the addiction of Captagon and the parenting approaches.
In addition, the study will explore the relation between Captagon addiction and the following elements:
neglectful parenting style
authoritarian parenting style
Authoritative parenting style
Permissive parenting style
The importance of this study revolves around the family education and upbringing of teenagers and youth. If the results of the study were shared with family counseling centers, it may guide counselors to identify the risk factors and give them a hint about best advises to parents and youths to minimize risk factors, mitigate the loss, and strengthen family bonds.
