This is the second part of the evolving concept map assignments.
Using the same Concept Map and topic (Asthma) you will need to:
Make all suggested changes as noted from the areas needed. It will be graded on making these changes.
Within the Goals section, indicate whether each goal was met or not met with one goal being not met. Revise the not met goal and create two new interventions to achieve this goal.
