Select a fictional character who appears to have a mental health disorder. This could be a person from a movie, show, book, or comic. Briefly summarize the character and the mental health disorder you think they have. In describing the disorder, be sure to use (i.e., paraphrase and cite!) information from the assigned materials in unit 1 and at least 1 additional reputable source that you find. Include a link to a web page with a video clip, explanation, or other information about the fictional character.

Then, Describe the mental health disorder or the experience of the fictional character through the lens of the biological approach, psychoanalytic approach, humanistic approach, and behavioral approach. You should have at least one brief paragraph for each approach that includes appropriate citations.
Example (you cannot use this character for your assignment): The Grinch from Dr. Suess’s story could easily be analyzed through these various lenses, as his negative attitude about Christmas and his unfriendly behavior could be caused by genetics, biological predispositions, childhood experiences, defense mechanisms, negative self-worth, untapped potential, or learned experiences. If writing about the Grinch, you would first introduce him and describe his traits, and could provide a link to one version of the movie. Then devote a paragraph to each of the four approaces and explain how they correspond to the behavior displayed by the Grinch.
