This is a Nursing Psychiatric course. The assignment at hand is to write
a thorough Psychiatric evaluation (Psychiatric History and Physical Note).
Psychiatric evaluation is done for patient seen for the first time
(initial visit) in a doctor’s office/clinic. Please read the 2 attached
files to get a good understanding of the work at hand so no mistakes
will be done. The assignment will be submitted via TURNITIN.com for
plagiarsim check. The accepted percentage score by the instructor must
be < 24%. The first attached file has the instructions for the assignment and the rubric as well. Please you will have to read through it very well for us to get an excellent grade on this paper.
