Need help With this Or a Simmilar Assignment

We will write a custom essay on your topic tailored to your instructions!

The PCR’s for this section are taking place of the writing assignments. Each PCR will be worth 100 points at 200 points total.
We want to give you options to find what format you prefer. For EMS 122 and EMS-123 Case #1 will be written in DCHART format. Case #2 will be written in DUSOAP format. We will post our own PCR examples in the contents tab for your reference as well. DO NOT JUST COPY AND PASTE ASSESSMENT FINDINGS and HISTORY!
Although it is not usually in the PCR itself, I would like you to add a Call-in Report at the end of each PCR.
Please use the patient from 9/29: Student Discussion: Cardiac Emergencies to complete the PCR. In the treatment portion, describe (in detail) what you would do for this pt on scene and en-route to the hospital.
Again is there is more assessment findings that you would like to add or you think would be important to check you can make up the findings and add them.
Here is the breakdown for grading:
40 points: Assessment (Are you painting a good picture and including thorough assessment findings.)
40 points: Treatment (Complete list of treatment, any interventions you preform, and results after intervention.)
20 points: Spelling and Grammar (You are welcome to use well know medical abbreviations if you would like.).
Each student must first post their answers to the below questions and then respond to at least two of their classmates posts.
