The student’s written Position Paper is designed to invite the student to provide an in-depth written examination of one or more of the HBR assigned articles.
In the HBR article, Inclusiveness Means Giving Every Employee Personal Attention by David, identify the main theme of the article and discus why personal attention would positively impact and strengthen the experience of inclusion for any individual as well as impact a company’s bottom line.
Now, for this week’s paper, in addition to the assigned article, you are to identify a total no less than 3 other sources you will integrate into your paper. You want to make sure that your paper not only explores the primary HBR article assigned, you also want to write the paper in such a way that it could be used as a training resource for managers up and down the organization.
You will want to explain not only the importance of personal attention but why this is critical in general and in particular.
