What is the most powerful point you believe that Aaron Howard makes about diversity in this podcast? What is a way that diversity can hinder counseling, and a way that diversity can help it? Keep in mind, we are using the term diversity in its true sense here meaning ‘differences’, and it is important to remember that some differences can be true impediments to counseling (if this wasn’t true, then every client would be equally well suited to work with every counselor and everyone would have tremendous and long-lasting success with no exception).
