Mini Assignment 1: Create a flow chart (also known as a process map) for a process that you have participated in, or you recognize needs re-examining to change the process – this can be a personal or professional process. Map the flow of the existing process flow (current state) and then map out the ideal state process flow. Essentially, you are creating two process maps. On a separate Word document, provide a summary of the problem that you are solving and why you selected this process to refine.
