Explore the characteristics of the leadership style that you were assigned – Thought Leadership
Give an example of how the leader using important elements of the leadership style that you were assigned will integrate this change into practice. Consider how the leader will include the decision makers, stakeholders and staff into the decision making process. How will the leader communicate the change to these groups? What would be important to include in the communication plan? During the design phase what elements and/ or groups would be important for the leader to include so that the change was accepted by the staff? Consider the resources that you might need, such as additional training, certification or skill strengthening for the staff. You might also considering adding additional staff with specialized knowledge.
