3. Body of the Report- should be no less than 3 pages.
4. Summary of the Report.
5. Reference page, APA style. There should be a minimum of 3
references. You may use nursing journals, textbooks, google a
professional website or nursing organization. Do not use Wikipedia, it
is not a professional reference.
6. For citing an author’s work: Last name, and year of publication, or if 2
names, then use “&”, if more than 2 names use et al. See sample:
According to Francis, 2021, the red barn was originally white.
According to Francis & Talamayan, 2020, the red barn originally was
green.
According to Talamayan et al.,2019. All county barns were made
from cedar wood.
7. For References (List alphabetically on Last page of paper):
APA style: Authors last names, first name initial, year of publication or
book, title of the article or chapter, Name of Journal or Book in italics,
number of journal edition for that year, and Volume number (in
parenthesis), finally the pages of the article or book chapter.
