We are discussing various psychological perspectives. We have covered that one perspective is not “right” with others being “wrong.” Rather a given perspective is simply a psychologist’s way of viewing how people think and behave.
Instructions
1) State the disorder you will use for our final project. (Anxiety Disorders)
2) Select one of the following perspectives and identify the main underlying theme.
Psychoanalytic
Behaviorist
Humanistic

3) Then in two or three sentences explain how this perspective explains the onset, development, or expression of symptoms of the disorder you have selected. Example: How would a behaviorist explain why the symptoms of depression develop?
You must use credible outside research to support your ideas.
