day and your productivity.

The purpose of the study is to show whether it’s more productive
to conduct physical training before a workday or after a workday.
3. I wonder if conducting
physical training in the morning will make you more awake throughout the day or
you’ll become more lethargic due to having less energy since you exerted
yourself in the morning.
