This week you working on your Executive Summary. An Executive Summary provides an overview of the main points of a larger report. It is often written to share with individuals who may not have time to review the entire report. The reader should be able to make a decision based only on reading the executive summary.
The introduction of the Executive Summary should include the following:
Introduction to the Organization
Provide an overview of the nature of the organization.
Identify the stakeholders in the organization.
Describe how the topic of study could benefit your organization.
Analysis
You will discuss, what is the “Continuum of Care?” Based on your own definition, gathered from your readings.
What are five major barriers to providing a comprehensive, cost-effective, seamless continuum of care?
What could be done to overcome each?
Risk Analysis
Can this project be undertaken within the boundaries of state and federal regulations?
Are there any concerns?
Are there resources available to undertake the project?
Include any citations and references that are used using APA formatting for all cited references.
