Develop each report about one drug and the disease and diseases or
conditions used to treat it. Include the drug actions and adverse effects associated with the drug.

Guidelines
the report should be typed.
Each report page should include the student’s name and the date.
The report should follow the instructor’s template (see below).
The information should be typed in a word processor, preferably MS Word, in 12-point Arial font, with a maximum of one-inch margins on the top, bottom, right & left.
The file should be named with the student’s last name and the number of the drug report (example: dooley3).
Reports must include a citation for the drug reference(s) used.
Students will receive a grade for the quality of the report.

Students should write as pharmacology students would to their professors. Health care professionals use different vocabulary than their patients. For example, instead of writing, “it is a blood thinner,” you should write, “it is an anticoagulant.”
