This week students explored the commonalities and differences between Sigmund Freud’s and C.S Lewis’ views on religion through a website for PBS’ program based on the book The Question of God. After having done so, students are asked to reflect on Freud’s statements regarding religion and how these influenced his ideas about human development and psychology, comparing and contrasting these with Biblical teachings.
