By July 5, 2022, write and submit to me via e-mail a 7-9 page reflection paper written in APA style, primer attached, and double spaced, using the following guidelines.
Read chapter one of the updated Dale Carnegie classic, “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” found at the following link:

You are also encouraged to read other articles and books on respectful, effective, and professional communication.
Once you’ve read these sources, reflect on the concept of refusing to accept responsibility (or not blaming oneself noted in the Carnegie chapter) and at least 2 other concepts that would help you to improve your communication skills, thus positively impacting your interactions with faculty, students, staff, and patients.
The paper should include elements of reflective writing, such as:
1. Examine what you did (i.e., unprofessional behavior).
2. Examine why you did it (i.e., unprofessional behavior).
3. What was good/bad about it?
4. How would you change personally and professionally upon implementing the 3 concepts (1. refusing to accept responsibility, 2. your choice, 3. your choice)?
5. After reading the Carnegie chapter and any other sources, would you act the same way again/what would you do differently?
6. Thinking about the people you’ve interacted with and situations you’ve been in.
7. Tell a story.
