Create a 10-14 slide presentation describing the types of qualitative and quantitative research that can be used to study pain in the scenario provided. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative and quantitative research in general. Consider who your audience might be if you were to deliver your presentation in person. What would you want them to know about this topic? What would you expect them to already know?

Create a 10-14 slide presentation with no more than six bullets per slide and no more than six words per bullet. The 10-14 slides include the title and reference slide as one each. The remaining slides need to be the content. Please do not go over 14 slides. Title slide must include title of PPT, your name, school, course, faculty name/title and date. References must be current (five years and less to date) and credible/scholarly. A minimum of four references is required.
Each slide must include detailed speaker notes to enhance the bullets on your slides. Your speaker notes act as your script when you are presenting. Please follow APA style and include citations in your speaker notes. Include graphics throughout the presentation to make your slides interesting and capture the audience.
Scenario: You are among a group of nurses on a hematology/oncology unit who are interested in pain relief in patients with sickle cell anemia. Specifically, some nurses have concerns regarding tolerance, addiction, and dependence on pain medications and believe that they have had patients experience pain relief using alternative therapies. You are considering the different types of quantitative research, and their strengths and weaknesses, to decide which approach to take in conducting a research study to investigate these topics.
