For my Capstone Project I chose to incorporate Vital Sign monitoring devices in every patints rooms that can upload their vitals automatically to th Electronic Medical Record. This helps prevent and monitor for Atelectasis. This is based on a Medical Surgical Respiratory floor. The respiratory therapist is named Carley.
