right now that you think will promote successful aging. I often eat healthy and
exercise on a regular basis. I play games, do puzzles, and read a lot to ensure
good mental health as well.

youâre NOT doing right now that, if they were done, would promote
successful aging.
3. Things youâre doing
right now that will interfere with successful aging. I drink wine a lot, and I
barely get six hours of sleep per night.
