Final Paper: In your review paper: (1) present a literature review to summarize theory and major research to date on your chosen topic; (2) discuss possible issues (and possible recommendations) regarding theory, methods, and/or application; (3) apply the literature review topic and findings to a contemporary issue. The issue may be one that is personally and/or professionally relevant. For example, if you plan to work as a psychologist within the prison system, you might apply research on obedience to authority to the prison environment. (1a, 1b, 10, 11)
Your paper should be sufficient to cover the areas above, probably a minimum of 8 pages (not including title page, abstract, or reference list) and in APA 7th edition manuscript form. Select carefully so you donât have too large a topic to cover. If the topic is generally broad, narrow your focus to one aspect of the topic. You should have a minimum of 6 references from scholarly resources.
