The course description: This course reviews the personal and psychological components of nutrition and nourishment including the dynamic relationship to food and eating. Students will explore nutritional psychology, and the impact of dietary changes on family dynamics. Students will review literature related to nourishing traditions, behaviors and practices and write an essay on personal philosophy of health.
