C. Factual data explains key issue
a. Include factual information, for example, symptoms that the client
may be experiencing as a result of their problem
D. A comprehensive narrative with a beginning, middle and end.
a. Be sure to include and explain how other persons or variables may
play a role in the client’s suffering
E. Varied possible solutions
a. Refrain from constructing cases with only one existing resolution,
rather aim to construct multiple paths that could shift the client away
from pain and suffering
