Overview
The purpose of this assignment is to write up your findings from your qualitative analysis of comments on Sinek’s “Millennials in the Workplace” video (https://youtu.be/hER0Qp6QJNU). Based on your analysis of the video comments in the previous “Millennials in the Workplace: Data Collection and Analysis” (see attachment), you will present your findings as if you were presenting them in an empirical article.

This paper must include the following:
· 9 pages of content (not including title page, abstract, and reference page)
· Title, abstract and reference page
· Current APA formatting throughout (professional standards)
· At least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles to introduce the paper.
· A description of the method of the study.
· A description of the results of your qualitative analysis.
· A discussion section that summarizes your findings and compares them to the research literature.
· Required graphs and wordcloud analyses.
