PICOT Question: In nursing retention, what is the effect of a through onboarding/internship program on nursing retention and improved morale compared with a short orientation within a one year period.
Review of Literature – Aquire Evidence
Find four appropriate QUANTITATIVE evidence that could be used to study your problem more carefully. (There is a pivot table to enter info from these. Headings are: Author last name/year, study purpose, sample and demographics, study design type and variables, measurement methods of variables, major study findings/results, and notes. Second portion of the assignment is an evidnce table to include 10 articles (evidence levels I-IV) related to identified topic. (Previous articles from above Pinch table can be used again). Evidence table headings (4) to include: Identify a minimum of four themes/main ideas that are disussed in these articles for each theme identify the author and year for each article that incorporates the theme, note that an article may be listed for more than one theme, Identify the research design and level of evidence.
