Please write/rewrite my attached paper to focus on a proposed program that aims to increase the use of non-pharmacological, psychosocial interventions in Alzheimer’s patients. The program’s goal is to manage and alleviate Alzheimer’s symptoms through psychosocial interventions such as walking programs and home-based exercises, reminiscence therapy, and art therapy.
In a previous paper, I wrote the following:
Psychosocial interventions, reminiscence therapy, and art therapy are some of the interventions used to manage patients with Alzheimer’s disease. Process and outcome evaluations are included in the program’s effectiveness where these interventions are implemented. Process evaluation determines whether or not program activities produce the desired results. Process evaluation effectively detects problems such as insufficient staffing and resources. Furthermore, process evaluation enables monitoring of the program’s activities and plans. An outcome evaluation assesses program effects on the population and progress toward the program’s intended outcomes. The evaluation method is critical in determining whether the program achieves its goals and the impact of interventions on the target population. These evaluation methods should be implemented at the start of the program to improve and facilitate their effectiveness and to track the desired outcome.
