This activity, found in REVEL, allows you to experience human development from a parent’s point of view. Here you are to raise a virtual child from birth to age 18. At each step you will be asked to make decisions about your child. Use the text to make the best decisions for your virtual child. Keep track of your choices and the theories or concepts from you text you used to make those choices as you complete this assignment.
When you finish the activity, write a 6-page (2000-word) paper describing and explaining the parenting decisions you made in raising your virutal child. Defend your parenting decisions using the concepts and theories from the text.
