This assignment will be a continuation as well as the conclusion from Assignments 1 and Assignment 2. This assignment will offer the opportunity to explain the testing process to the client, interpret their results and convey these results to the client.
1. Assignment 3 Template: This template will assist you in preparing your final submission and summarizing your collected data into a clinical presentation.
For the written portion of this assignment, utilize the template provided to address the following:
In one paragraph, provide the title of test 1 with a description of the test. Provide rationale for why test 1 was given to this specific client. Rationale should be crafted from information collected in assignments 1 and 2.
In one paragraph, provide the title of test 2 with a description of the test. Provide rationale for why test 2 was given to this specific client. Rationale should be crafted from information collected in assignments 1 and 2.
In one paragraph for each test, detail the client’s scores for each of the instruments with an interpretation of what these scores mean.
In two to four paragraphs, provide your professional recommendations based on all information collected from the client (intake assessment, test results).
