website to compare and contrast your home country
with one other country that differs significantly from
your home country.
From your comparison, select two cultural
dimensions, and think about how they influence leadership effectiveness.
Think about the characteristics, skills, and strategies
necessary for an effective leader in a global society.

comparison of your home country (the USA) and one other country that differs significantly from
your home country on two of
Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. Using specific examples, explain how these dimensions
relate to leadership effectiveness in your home country and the other country.
Then, summarize what you believe the role of an effective leader is in a global
society. Identify one characteristic,
skill, or strategy leaders need to possess in order to be effective in a global
society. Explain why this skill is critically important for global leadership

differences between a manager, a visionary, and a leader.
Consider some
characteristics the leader of the future might need in order to lead
effectively.

Post your vision
of the leader of the future and three characteristics the leader of
the future will need in order to lead effectively. Be explicit and explain why.
Contrast two ways in which leadership differs from management,
providing an example for each. If you were to be a leader of the future, whom
