From the article Pandemic Leadership I can say , COVID19 has given has given an alert to the world in delivery of the Health care system and we have adopted the new style of health care Telemedicine and Health Hygiene practices and continuing our lives still coexisting with the Pandemic . However to overcome the Pandemic situations could possible with the Key Leadership practices and that can result to build trust in leadership and definitely the leaders of the countries will play vital role to execute the implementation of the health strategies for the benefit of their lives of the people by minimizing the harm to lives and it is evident that New Zealand Government was successful with the shared sense of purpose in leadership to overcome the Pandemic situations where other counties couldn’t achieve as New Zealand.
