This is paper on Nurse Leadership. The instructions for this work are attached. Essentially, a one page plan is required (see instructions) together with a 6 page paper. The five main artilces to used are also included (you can added other sources as you see fit). A scenario is also included to be used to highlight appropriate nurse leadearship styles. This scenario should only serve as an example to discuss learship styles when appropriate but the paper is not about the scenario. We have been asked to integrate elements of our BSN coursework that we will use in addressing issues of leadership in our work as a nurse and in addressing some aspects of the scenario (coursework information is also attached).
