This is the first assignment within my Capstone project. I work as an RN in an OB unit, so I would like my Capstone project to be on Postpartum Depression. My cousin recently had a baby and has been diagnosed with postpartum depression, so she is the patient that I am going to work with for the project.
The assignment is a 5-7 page written
assessment, defining the patient, family, or population health problem that will
be the focus of your capstone project. Assess the problem from a leadership,
collaboration, communication, change management, and policy perspective.
