Feel free to change or edit the title/cover page. Name: Jazmine Wise Born and raised in Vallejo. I was in and out of foster care as a child until my grandmother got guardianship. My grandmother is who and why I am the woman and mother I am today. Instead of going to college right out of high schoo I got my CNA license, cared for my grandmother when she became ill. My aunts and uncles placed her in a SNIF, and I feared she would not be treated, and cared for properly SO I went and asked if I could apply there being that my grandmother was a patient. The director gave me a chance, and hired me. I took care of my grandmother for 6 years before she died. I promised her that I would go back to school and finish my dream in becoming a registered nurse. I graduated in May with my Bachelors of science in nursing from Samuel Merritt University. (everything else can be exaggerated, made up etc.)
