Where do you see yourself in the Promise, Momentum, and Harvest career stages?

Promise: First 10 years of practice, reality overload, gaining exposure, identifying strengths, building confidence, positioning for the future
After graduation, I’d like to go into the ICU. You can add the different certifications that can be earned in that specific unit (ex: CCRN), gaing exposures and learning the medications
Momentum: 11-29 years of practice, experienced clinicians, accomplishments, role modeling, gaining mastery
Hopes to be a well established CRNA. You can add the steps in becoming a CRNA and certifications. Mentoring, etc.
Harvest: 30-40 years = Prime, 40+ years = Legacy, success, mastery,renew value to coworkers. I would like to have non profit dedicated to nurses/nursing students, providing scholarships, tutoring, community outreach. And happily retired!
