Scholarly journals

Statistics from sources such as OECD and the CDC
Case studies (for example from the EEOC)
Google Scholar (use with discretion)
Current events in the news
A specific case study
An article or book you have read
Please include a bibliography/works cited page within the paper you submit. You will be evaluated on your demonstration of learning the course material, critical thinking, and presentation of the facts on your research topic.
Research Paper Evaluation Criteria:
Evidence of thought and planning put into your paper.
Provided evidence of understanding the subject matter, or having thought through the issue/problem and the recommendations you are making.
Organization of your subject matter and comments into a smooth and orderly flow.
If there are different sides to the argument or topic, all sides are presented.
