Your final assignment of the course is to design an online experiment for kids.
You can start with any experiment you like as inspiration and adapt it for online, or start from scratch. You can use an experimental paper we’ve discussed in class, or find a totally different one to use as the basis. Or you can design a totally novel experiment to ask a new empirical question.
Describe or draw out the stimuli, explain the methods, explain what youâd measure, and how youâd interpret the resulting data. Use whatever format you like. Get creative. If you’d like to convey your ideas in a slides format, like we saw in class, feel free. Just make sure you include information on what you’re testing, what you’ll measure, how you’ll interpret it, etc somewhere in the document.
Avoid experimental confounds and discuss all possible outcomes and what each would mean.

Discuss experimental confounds if relevant (not always, be careful here, do not just name considerations that aren’t specifically experimental confounds)
